Qualification
Sushant holds a 5-year B.A.LL.B. degree from Tribhuvan University, Faculty of Law, Nepal Law Campus, and is currently pursuing an LLM in International Law and Constitutional Law from the same institution.

Sushant has multiple years of experience in drafting legal documents, writ petitions, and legal agreements. He actively researches and writes about contemporary legal and social issues. With practical experience pleading cases before the High Court and Supreme Court of Nepal, he has gained in-depth knowledge of court procedures and practices. Sushant has also advised and represented contractors, private companies, and various individuals in contractual, corporate, and civil matters, providing tailored legal guidance and formulating effective strategies.
